About Us

DRIVEN Neuro Las Vegas is a fully accessible neurorecovery and adaptive fitness center serving individuals with spinal cord injuries and other neurological conditions. We provide long-term, activity-based training, wellness programming, and community support designed to help people continue progressing beyond traditional rehabilitation. The DRIVEN Neuro model was inspired by a belief that recovery doesn’t end when traditional care does. DRIVEN Neuro Las Vegas opened in 2018 to bring that model to the Southern Nevada community.

DRIVEN Neuro Las Vegas is neither a traditional gym nor a clinical physical therapy setting. It is a long-term recovery environment built specifically for individuals with neurological conditions. Unlike traditional rehab, which is often time-limited and insurance-based, DRIVEN Neuro focuses on ongoing progress through consistent, activity-based training. While Wellness Members can use our fitness center much like a traditional gym, our accessible equipment, specialized technology, and neuro-informed environment are designed to support individuals with neurological conditions. Many participants also choose guided sessions led by trained neurorecovery professionals using individualized programming and specialized equipment. Our approach is centered on:

  • High-repetition, purposeful movement
  • Hands-on coaching and support
  • Long-term consistency
  • Functional gains that carry into daily life

Clients train using a wide range of specialized, adaptive equipment designed for neurological recovery, including:

  • Gait trainers (including G-EO system) and parallel bars
  • Body-weight support and suspension systems
  • Alter-G anti-gravity treadmill
  • Functional, neuromuscular, and transcutaneous electrical stimulation (FES/NMES/ARC-EX) devices
  • Galileo vibration platforms
  • Adaptive strength and conditioning equipment

All equipment is used under the guidance of trained staff to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Who We Serve

DRIVEN Neuro Las Vegas serves individuals living with spinal cord injury, stroke, traumatic brain injury, and other neurological or complex physical conditions. We work with people across a wide range of abilities and stages of recovery, including those who use wheelchairs (manual or power), are ambulatory, newly injured, or years into their recovery. If you’re unsure whether your condition is a fit, we encourage you to reach out – our team can help guide that conversation.

Yes. DRIVEN Neuro Las Vegas is designed to support individuals at all stages of recovery – from newly injured to many years post-injury. Our model is built around long-term consistency, meaning participants can continue training and working toward progress regardless of how much time has passed since their injury.

Caregiver & Family Involvement

Yes. Caregivers and family members are welcome and are an important part of the DRIVEN Neuro Las Vegas community. We recognize that recovery extends beyond the individual and encourage involvement that supports both the participant and their support system. Wellness Membership and Specialized Services also include access for one designated caregiver, allowing them to work out independently or participate in wellness programming.

Caregivers are welcome to:

  • Observe sessions
  • Learn alongside participants
  • Assist with transfers or positioning, when appropriate
  • Rest, run errands, or visit nearby restaurants

Our team aims to create an environment that supports both participants and caregivers in a way that feels comfortable and sustainable. To help maintain a focused and supportive training environment, caregivers may be asked to remain in the lobby if their presence becomes disruptive to the session.

For participants who require assistance with medical or personal care (including breathing support, catheterization, bowel programs, feeding, or medication), a qualified caregiver or nurse must remain on-site at all times during evaluations, sessions, and any participation in DRIVEN Neuro programs.
